Who runs this site and why it exists

This site is owned and operated by Dr. Hasan Taslidere, a dentist licensed in Turkey and Belgium, practising in Istanbul since 2017. It was built in response to a consistent pattern observed over years of clinical practice: international patients arriving in Turkey for dental treatment having received genuinely poor information during the planning stage — not necessarily fraudulent information, but incomplete, commercially filtered, or clinically unsound advice shaped by the incentive structures of whoever gave it.

The service offered here is a written clinical review of a submitted dental treatment plan. The patient provides documentation — the clinic's treatment proposal, X-rays or panoramic scans, photographs — and receives a written PDF report within 48 hours. The report covers clinical necessity, material grade, implant brand assessment, price benchmarking, and a question list specific to the findings.

How this site generates revenue

There is one revenue source: the flat fee charged for each consultation. Patients pay for a clinical review of their specific documentation. The fee is confirmed before any review begins and is payable by bank transfer or card. The report is delivered within 48 hours of payment. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no upsell model.

This site also carries Google AdSense display advertisements. These are contextually targeted ads placed by Google's automated system. Dr. Taslidere does not control which advertisers appear, does not have commercial relationships with those advertisers, and the presence of an ad on this site does not indicate a recommendation or endorsement. Revenue from display advertising is secondary to the consultation fee income and does not influence editorial content.

What is deliberately excluded from this business model

Referral commissions. The majority of "free" dental consultation services for Turkey treatment operate on a referral commission model: the patient receives advice, the advisor earns a fee from the clinic when the patient books. This site does not participate in that model. Dr. Taslidere does not refer patients to clinics and does not earn commission from any clinic in Turkey or internationally.

Clinic partnerships. This site does not have commercial partnerships with clinics. No clinic has paid for editorial coverage, case study placement, or recommendation on any page of this site. The guides, blog articles, and cost comparisons on this site are written without input from or review by clinic marketing teams.

Affiliate links. No links on this site carry affiliate tracking codes. Linking to an external resource does not generate income.

My relationship to Turkish dental clinics

Dr. Taslidere is a practising dentist in Istanbul and has professional awareness of many clinics in the Turkish dental market. This familiarity is a clinical asset — it informs the price benchmarking and brand assessment that appears in consultation reports.

That familiarity does not translate into referral relationships. The consultation report does not name recommended clinics. The reason for this is structural: the moment a consultant begins recommending specific clinics, the incentive to maintain relationships with those clinics creates a conflict of interest in the advice. The service is designed to remove that conflict.

Content is based on clinical experience, published peer-reviewed literature, and direct observation of the Turkish dental market over an extended period. No clinic, manufacturer, or commercial entity has editorial input into any content on this site.

Price data is updated periodically based on direct market observation. Publication and review dates appear on individual pages. The cost comparison tables and calculator reflect current Turkish market rates as of the last review date shown.
