Consultations are booked via WhatsApp. The process takes less than two minutes: send a message with your X-rays, photographs, and the written treatment plan you have received. You will receive a written report within 48 hours. There is no video call required unless you want one. The fee is confirmed before any review begins.
Dr. Taslidere reads every message personally and responds within a few hours during working hours (Istanbul time, GMT+3). If you send records outside working hours, you will receive an acknowledgement and a fee confirmation at the start of the next working day.
The consultation is available in English, Dutch, and Turkish. If you are writing in a language other than these, a brief message in English to start is fine — the records themselves speak clearly regardless of the language of the covering message.
For patients who are not yet at the stage of having a treatment plan — who are still deciding whether to pursue dental treatment in Turkey at all — the treatment guides and the cost calculator are more useful starting points than a consultation.

The quality of the review depends directly on the clinical records submitted. The more complete your submission, the more detailed the assessment.
If the clinic has provided a verbal-only quote and no written treatment plan, note this when you write. Verbal quotes can be assessed for reasonableness if they are sufficiently detailed, but a written and itemised plan allows a much more complete review.
If you do not yet have X-rays, most general dentists will provide a basic panoramic X-ray for a small fee. This is a worthwhile step before engaging with any Turkish clinic — it also gives the clinic a baseline to work from, and gives you documentation you control from the start.

You can contact to ask questions, but a formal clinical review requires at minimum a panoramic X-ray. If you are at the stage of receiving quotes from Turkish clinics without yet having imaging, the blog and guides are more useful to you at this point.
A video consultation is available as an alternative or supplement to the written report. Mention this when you first contact and an appropriate arrangement can be made.
Yes. Dr. Taslidere consults in English, Dutch, and Turkish. Patients from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Turkey are welcome to write in their preferred language.
